How do multi-stage advisory sprints work after Stage 0?
Engagements proceed in 3 to 6-week milestone sprints. Each validation stage produces a dense 20–25 page forensic dossier with mathematical pass/fail exit gates. You spend 10–15 hours per week collaborating directly with our partners to audit unit economics, defensibility, and feature scope. If a stage fails its exit gate, work halts immediately to prevent capital misallocation.
